We offer several delivery options to suit different needs.

Customers can choose the most convenient shipping method at checkout.

Available options may include collection from a pickup point, parcel locker, or home delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email or text message with a tracking code, allowing you to follow the shipment’s progress.

A valid photo ID is required when collecting your package.

Deliveries are handled in cooperation with reliable and environmentally friendly logistics partners.

DELIVERY TIME

Product availability is always shown on the product page.

If an item is marked in stock, we have it in our stock. Orders received before 12 AM, are usually shipped on the same business day after receiving the order.

For special-order items or products not in stock, the estimated delivery time is closest estimate for manufacturing and delivery time under normal circumstances.

Should a significant delay occur, we will always contact the customer promptly.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Customers have a 100-day exchange and return right for all products unless otherwise stated.

The right of return applies only to unused, undamaged, and fully resalable products in their original packaging.

Returned items must include all original parts, tools, documents, and packaging materials.

Test fitting or installing a product that leaves marks or signs of use is not permitted.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct an amount corresponding to any loss in value.

Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

BC Racing coilover kits purchased from BCRACING.FI are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

The guarantee applies to an installed and tested coilover kit that is returned complete, undamaged, and including all original components, tools, documents, and packaging.

Before returning a product, please contact our customer service for return instructions.

All items must be carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to return a product:

1. Pack the item carefully.

   – Do not write on the original packaging.

   – Avoid using duct tape or similar materials.

2. Include a completed return form or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

3. Send the package according to the instructions provided by our customer service.

The sender is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an incorrect delivery or warranty issue.

Always keep the shipping receipt — without it, we cannot compensate for lost shipments.
